Coach Shells has been teaching and coaching for 35 years. This will be his 4th season at Seckinger and is a part of Seckinger’s inaugural faculty. He is from Arkansas and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas, a master’s degree from Troy University and an education specialist degree from Piedmont College. Coach Shells was the head football coach at Hall High School in Little Rock, Arkansas and has had many coaching stops throughout his career including time at Archer High School, Peachtree Ridge High School and North Gwinnett High School in Gwinnett County. Las Vegas High NV. J.F. Byrnes SC. He is married to Alicia Young Shells and they have two children, Alexandria and Payton.
