Coach Springer has been coaching flag football for seven years. She spent two seasons coaching in Florida as a JV assistant and one year at Mill Creek as the JV head coach before taking over as Seckinger’s head coach for the program’s inaugural season in 2022. Since starting the program, the Jags have advanced to the state playoffs twice, including one Sweet 16 appearance and one Final 4 appearance.

Coach Springer is deeply committed to building a strong, player-centered team culture rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous growth. She prioritizes character, leadership, and connection alongside competitive excellence, believing that teams perform at their best when athletes feel valued, supported, and challenged.

In 2025, Coach Springer was named Area 8 Coach of the Year and Gwinnett Daily Post Coach of the Year following a history-making 22–2 season. The Jags’ only losses came to the eventual state champions, and the team finished as the last Gwinnett County program remaining in the playoffs.
