Coach Begalle attended Northern Michigan University and the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where he majored in Communication Sciences and Disorders and played collegiate basketball.

He went on to coach high school basketball in Wisconsin for six years before relocating to Georgia in 2021. Coach Begalle also coaches his son's team in 8U basketball and baseball.

Upon joining the Seckinger High School staff, Coach Begalle helped launch the golf program and is currently in his fourth year leading the team. His coaching experience across multiple sports emphasizes skill development, discipline, and building strong relationships with student-athletes and the community.
